List of Countries (Regions) and Products Allowed to Import Feed (Excluding Plant-derived Feed Ingredients)(Updated 19/3/2021) Overseas factories who want to export feed products to China need to apply for REGISITERED LICENSE from Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China (MARA/MOA) and Access to General Administration of China Customs (GACC/AQSIQ) but what they should do shall be in accordance with specific conditions of their own county and the product. Simple GACC & MARA Procedures for foreign companies: -Obtain an import registration license from the China’s Ministry of Agriculture. -Apply for market access with the General Administration for China Customs. -Have their manufacturing facility be registered by GACC Check below for details:

China is in the process of implementing a revised regulatory and registration system for imported feed and feed additives. Under this system, companies need to complete the following three steps before they can export feed ingredients or additives to China: -Obtain an import registration license from the China’s Ministry of Agriculture. -Apply for market access with the General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). - Have their manufacturing facility be registered by AQSIQ. This process can include an audit, which must be paid for by the exporter. Products considered to be “traditionally traded” by AQSIQ can continue to be exported to China while they complete steps two and three.
